Nancy Sayer is a coach who specializes in working
with clergy and key leaders to maximize their ministry potential.
Nancy has been helping people grow and develop
in their relationships, ministries, and lives, for over 15 years.
She has served on the staff of a
large ELCA church in the Chicagoland
area for more than 11 years,
working closely with pastors, staff
members, and key leaders in dealing with
organizational and relational
issues.
Nancy has provided consultation to many congregations
of varying denominations in the areas
